We enjoyed a "pop-up' dinner party, with Chef Roderick. So grateful to Chef & his lovely wife for a delicious meal, and great company. Our meal began with a wonderful, broth-based minestrone, deliciously seasoned with red beans, freshly cut/ cooked vegetables, and al dente tiny shell pasta.

Roderick prepared and served a delicious and enjoyable dinner. we especially like the risotto and shrimp: even the carrots were memorable. And of course the convivial atmosphere created by Chef Roderick was lovely.
